Cebu Ocean Park

Cebu Ocean Park is the first and only marine themed park in Cebu.

Comprising various world class educational displays and encounters that aim to excite, educate, and thrill park-goers of all ages.

In 2008, Manila Ocean Park was brought about by a team of visionaries and experts. To date, it is the largest and only world-class marine animal-themed complex to exist in the Philippines.

This same team is proud to unveil yet another exciting project in the Philippines – Cebu Ocean Park. Spanning a larger and deeper water volume, it occupies a 1.5-hectare area that is located next to the SM Seaside City Cebu Complex within the South Road Properties, Cebu City.

Cebu Ocean Park is committed to promoting environmental awareness in partnership with Manila Ocean Park through its banner CSR program called I Love My Ocean Planet.

I Love My Ocean Planet

A campaign that encourages volunteerism, public education, and community mobilization activities designed to increase public awareness and action on coastal management issues and instill pride in our country’s natural resources.

It is an expanded responsibility of stewardship not only with marine biodiversity but also with other creatures that are dependent on the wellness of the ocean.

Costal Clean-up Drive

Last April 21, 2018, Manila Ocean Park held an “Adopt-an-Estero” Clean-up Drive together with the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA), Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), Local Government of Manila (LGU-Manila), Department of Public Service (DPS), Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), and Department of Health (DOH).

The team of sixty three participants from Manila Ocean Park, National Government Agencies, and Local Government Units collected a total of 28,992 kilograms of waste along the coast of Manila Bay.

Manila Ocean Park (MOP) has been actively supporting initiatives to save Manila Bay and campaigning for the preservation and rehabilitation of this historic and glorious Bay since it opened in 2008. MOP is an active member of the Manila Bay S.U.N.S.E.T. Partnership, a consortium of both private and public organizations in the Mania Bay area. The group aims to raise awareness on the plight of the Bay by conducting regular Manila Bay coastal clean-ups, construction of trash traps, acquisition of a garbage boat, and other related activities.
